Welcome to Santos Tattoo. By booking an appointment or using our services in Winston-Salem, NC, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Services

We provide professional tattoo consultations and tattoo services. All services are subject to artist approval and scheduling availability.

Deposits & Payments

• Deposits may be required to book an appointment.
• Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled sessions with adequate notice.
• Final payment is due at the time of your appointment.

Scheduling & Cancellations

• Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.
• Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in loss of your deposit.

Client Responsibilities

• You must be 18 years or older to receive tattoo services.
• Please disclose any health conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to your appointment.
• Tattoo results vary by individual and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

SMS Program

By opting into our SMS program during consultation requests, you consent to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. For customer care, contact santostattoos@outlook.com.

Limitation of Liability

Santos Tattoo and its artists are not responsible for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare instructions or undisclosed health conditions.
